One soon will start the loose interest in their normal pursuits and continually demand support of their self-esteem from others.

People with a depressive illness cannot merely “pull themselves together”. Depression can occur for weeks, months or years, and if one does not seek help depression can occur once, twice or several times in a lifetime.
