Genetically Deficient and Culturally Deficient

1. Use the African American and/or Latino population to provide a specific example of how genetically deficient and culturally deficient models have contributed to scientific racism inflicted upon them.
2. Use the culturally diverse model to explain how human services professionals can more effectively serve a marginalized cultural groups.
